All players participating in Slot, Jackpot, Scratch Card, Virtual Games, Virtual Racing Games, Table games are subject to slot games terms and conditions.
All participants are considered to have agreed slot games terms and conditions.
Players can appeal to all rounds only in 48 hours from the round time. All objections after deadline will not be considered valid and will be declined.
All players are subject to preset limits by the operator. Those limits may change upon player request or operator decision.
Malfunction voids all wins and pays. If a session disconnects for any reason, player is obliged to resume same session in defined duration. All losses that might occur in such conditions is player’s responsibility. Player can request investigation regarding the round/session.
Sessions interrupted due to planned or unexpected maintenance will result as refund to player accounts unless otherwise stated.
Luckyland Gaming reserves the right to disqualify or restrict player(s) from tournaments and/or promotions organized by Luckyland Gaming.
